The pool was a highlight, especially with our young child, and the service was top-notch throughout. We chose the garden family room and found it very comfortable. A few minor practical details kept our room rating at four out of five, but nothing major, and we really enjoyed it. The location worked especially well because we needed to be near the hospital. We'd definitely stay there again on a return visit.

Being only a street away from the hospital took a lot of stress off us while I was there, and the accommodation felt safe, warm and like home during a very difficult time for my family. Shanon Lee at reception was incredibly kind and compassionate, and willing to help with absolutely everything. We felt genuinely cared for. After we left, I realised I'd forgotten some personal belongings. Despite several obstacles, the team made sure my package was safely returned. That care really touched my heart. A beautiful place with exceptional people. I'll always be grateful and highly recommend staying here.

Shannon was so thoughtful and bought my daughter birthday balloons, thank you! Yonela and Shannon were both amazing, kind, friendly and welcoming. The house is gorgeous, with spacious rooms and a really large shower. It's definitely a great place for larger groups in Cape Town. Can't wait to come back.

Thanks so much to Yornela and all the workers for looking after us so well. We really loved the place and the good service. We'll stay here again next time, and would gladly recommend it to others.
