The people living there are absolute legends. Tiaan, for instance, would make a great husband for anyone’s daughter, and goes out of his way to show tourists a good time around Cape Town. Location: 4, noise: 1, company: 5, average: 3.6. It’s central, but extremely noisy because the apartment block is right by the main routes in and out of Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard. Try to find a place on the New Church Street side.
