The beds were wonderfully plush, and the indoor and outdoor spaces were set up for a comfortable, relaxing stay. From the stylish décor to the pool and jacuzzi, everything felt luxurious. The views of the ocean and mountains are panoramic, and both sunrise and sunset are something special from this villa in Bakoven, Cape Town.

Waking up to uninterrupted sea views from every room was incredible, and the sunsets brought a different display of colors each evening. Villa Grenache also has a fantastic gym, fully equipped for major weightlifting routines and cardio, with an ocean view that made working out feel much better than at home. The housekeeper was friendly, efficient, and respectful, keeping everything spotless without intruding. It’s a luxurious escape with breathtaking views, close to the Camps Bay and Bakoven beaches and the shops and restaurants in Camps Bay. I highly recommend it.

The deck is gorgeous, and the view from every room is hard to beat. It’s within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants, and the shower pressure is phenomenal. The place is safe and beautiful, stylish but cosy, with everything you might need to feel at home. One of the most stunning places we’ve stayed, and a must stay.

The outdoor area was a great spot for a braai and for watching the sunset over the Camps Bay seaboard and Lions Head. My favourite part was relaxing in the jacuzzi as the sun went down. The new gym at Villa Grenache has top-notch equipment, too. It’s a family retreat that brings together luxury and something a little out of the ordinary. Thank you to the NOX team for the professional service throughout our stay. One of my favourite villas in Cape Town!

I spent 10 days here and loved relaxing on the terrace with drinks at sunset, having a soak in the jacuzzi, or taking a dip in the pool. The comfortable sofas were perfect for curling up with a movie, and the well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation easy. The home is in an amazing location with breathtaking views, close to peaceful hiking trails. It felt like home, and I’m looking forward to staying again when I return to South Africa.
