The strict rules and security have always been fine for me. The people there are friendly and engaging, unlike at other complexes. What I can’t stand is the landlords and tenants. It’s becoming a little Parklands and Airbnb hotspot, and rental costs have doubled over the past few years, which is insane. I’d rather live somewhere else, so that’s what I decided to do.
The complex is neat and never rowdy, with decent-sized apartments and adequate parking. Rents aren’t cheap, though I guess the location and amenities justify the price. Visitor checks at the gate are thorough, but they always seem to take longer than necessary. All in all, commendable.
Some of the security rules are too restrictive, and the protocols can feel snooty. Getting in is like entering a White House.
It really is a very quiet place. We enjoyed ourselves.
The apartments for sale and rent are well priced. It’s also safe and secure.
