The apartment was wonderful, very clean, and in a strategic location. There’s a 24-hour reception, and all the staff I met were very, very friendly. Apartment ٦٠١ had a wonderful view. I’m sincerely grateful to the Warwick team for such a lovely experience. Check-in went smoothly, and I received the apartment right on time at 3:00 PM. The receptionist was especially kind and welcoming, and the staff member who showed us to the apartment was exceptionally polite and courteous. Woolworths and plenty of restaurants and cafes are just steps from the main gate. The apartment had everything needed for cooking and laundry, and even a backup electricity meter for power outages, showing real care for residents’ comfort and needs. Thanks again for the smooth, pleasant stay. I look forward to coming back.

The place itself was beautiful, but the service really needs major improvement. My partner and I came for our wedding honeymoon, and the TV remote didn’t work. The Wi-Fi password we were given wasn’t for the network we had, so we had to wait until the next day to get it working. It seemed there was only one maintenance person. When we ran out of toilet paper, reception said the roll was a one-off, even though the roll in our room had already been used before we arrived and still had some left on it. Later, we asked for an extra towel for the pool and were told there wasn’t one.

We felt safe here, and the security staff were friendly. The VRBO was spotless and in an ideal spot, within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront and just a block or two from coffee and ice cream. We even walked downtown. The pool gave a pretty good view of the street, but there wasn’t much street noise. We had a great stay and recommend it.

I spent two weeks here while going in and out for model castings every day. The building itself is good, in a good area, and has a good security system, though there wasn’t an actual guard. It was a little expensive. One night I saw a VERY dodgy person outside on the street, and the police were called. It feels quite dangerous at night. Because of the stalking issue, I still have bad memories of Warwick Mansions.
