There’s so much to love about Watercolours: the beautiful rooms, lovely shared spaces, and stunning views from both the pool and the rooms. But the real charm is how much the owners care about looking after their guests. Sharon went out of her way to make me feel special and cared for. I won’t list everything she did, because it would take too long. You really need to experience it for yourself. Thanks, Sharon, for such an amazing stay.

Simon’s Town is a peaceful break from the busy pace of Cape Town, about 45 minutes away. As soon as you arrive at Watercolours House, you know you made the right choice. The interiors are beautiful and thoughtfully put together, and the Ocean views are breathtaking. Sharon and Gary make the stay even better by going the extra mile to make the trip everything you hoped for, and more. We’ve already stayed twice in two months and are booking our third visit. Thank you both, you really are fabulous.

The room was lovely, and breakfast was great. It's a beautiful spot, quiet at night, though the main road between the B&B and the ocean gets a fair bit of traffic during the day. You can't walk to any restaurants from here.

The rooms were spacious and cozy, and breakfast was amazing. We barely had time to enjoy the place because our stay was so short, but it was perfect. The pool looks out over the bay, and those views are incredible. The owners were always happy to help with ideas for things to see and do nearby.

The hosts were so thoughtful, and the house is beautiful and really distinctive. It was easily our best stay in South Africa. A 10 out of 10.
