Waterstone West A103 by CTHA

Waterstone West itself is a beautiful complex, and the swan-shaped towels and neatly made bed were a nice touch. But I wouldn’t stay in this BnB again. We arrived by Uber and waited 20 minutes with our luggage before anyone came to hand over the keys. We were in unit A103. The furniture felt like a random mix of spare pieces that didn’t suit the apartment. It had the appliances and dishes for self-catering, but not a single empty cupboard for groceries. There was no maid service unless you paid extra, and the two rolls of toilet paper we got for a week weren’t replenished. For the price, I expected those basics to be included. Nobody explained the complex rules, so we nearly got fined for hanging washing on the patio. When we left, no one came for the key. We waited, then much later were told to put it in the unit postbox. We tried several times to contact the rental managers. The service was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

The apartments are spacious and lovely inside, and the gardens are kept beautifully. It’s a clean, safe and secure place to live, with a great living space.

The apartments are well built, and tenants have underground parking. Guests have uncovered parking that still feels safe. The gardens are cared for, and the Century City location is central both within the area and for Cape Town.

I visit family here often. It’s a lovely place to live, convenient and safe.
