We spent two days in business meetings at Centurion hotel, and I can only give it 10 out of 5 stars! The meeting rooms were lovely and everything worked perfectly. There was plenty of food, all excellently prepared and very tasty. The staff gave us top notch service. Well done to the whole team.

I called yesterday for a quote and still hadn't received it this morning. Even while writing this, I don't have it. This is after an earlier booking for my clients in 2024: although I'd paid in advance and had a confirmation email, they were told on arrival that the hotel couldn't find the reservation and had to pay themselves. It was embarrassing. The booking was only found the following day, and getting the money back took forever.

I felt at peace here, almost like I was at home. The rooms were clean, the staff were well trained, and breakfast was the best. Compliments to the chefs! Ivy Khumalo made the stay memorable for me and my colleagues. She treated everyone so well, always smiling, acknowledging people and serving with pride. Thanks for such a wonderful stay 😍😍

The location is what kept this from being a five-star stay for me. The hotel sits right over a river or stream with brown water, and it would be an amazing spot if the water were clean. My husband and I still enjoyed our time there. It's an older place, but well maintained, with great food and a nice restaurant atmosphere, especially for sports fans.
