I’m vegan, so it was a pleasure to find breakfast options for different dietary needs. The breakfast was really good, and Elizabeth was lovely. We enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious room and the very comfortable bed and bedding. A good choice when visiting Dundee or the surrounding area.

I was there for two days, and on the second day there was no water or electricity. The only water available was a 5-litre bottle by the toilet, so I couldn’t shower or iron my clothes. I then had to drive four hours to reach my destination. The owner didn’t apologize. The service was very poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

It was clean, quiet, and cozy, and the kindness we received made us feel right at home. We won’t forget that warm welcome. I’d happily recommend the place to family and friends.

Elizabeth was the best receptionist I’ve met. She welcomed me, and we had a lovely laugh and chat. Thank you for your kindness and humanity. I didn’t get breakfast, but the place itself was amazing. I strongly recommend it and will come back next time I visit Dundee.
