Nombuso and Cynthia welcomed us so warmly and treated us with so much love, kindness and respect. They made us feel at ease and did all they could to make our holiday special. Everything was perfect. The accommodation was absolutely perfect, with a few activities in-house and the beach just 20m away. All the staff were welcoming and made us feel at home. Nombuso and Cynthia greeted us warmly and gave us all the information we needed and more. Bongi and Gloria, thank you so much for all your hard work and service.

I'm considering booking at Club Hacienda, but the reviews make it hard to decide. Nearly everyone writes about the staff instead of the facilities and the beach. That's a big positive, and I believe the service from Portia, Boni, Cynthia & Sipandile is exceptional, but I still want to know about the accommodation and amenities. As a potential customer, I can't get a sense of whether this is where I want to spend my hard-earned money.

Bongi did a fantastic job keeping our chalet clean and making sure we always had fresh towels. Petronella kept all our linens fresh.
