The staff gave great service. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was clean too.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly, but I’m sad about what happened to our belongings. My kids and I stayed for a weekend, and when we left, we forgot a phone and a multiplug in the wardrobe. By the time we realized the phone was missing, we were far from KZN. We called to let them know, but they said they hadn’t found anything. We know for sure we left them there. It makes me feel that if staff find things during room checks, they don’t report them to guests and instead keep them.

My kids were robbed beside the gate, and the security guards just watched without doing anything. They knew the place wasn’t safe and didn’t tell us.

The rooms were clean and lovely, but I wasn’t happy with the kitchen layout or all the stairs and ups and downs. The place is very far from the beach, and you can’t walk there. It’s hard to find if it’s your first visit, and the location felt shady. When we arrived, we didn’t get the sleeping arrangements we wanted in the same hotel, so some of us had to sleep in an outside room opposite it.
