Our first booking at Iqhayiya Guest House left me unhappy. In room 7, the bathroom door was broken, and for the two of us there was only one bath towel and one hand towel. We booked that same room again last Friday, but nothing had changed, and the pool was very dirty. I hope the owner sees this and fixes these things.

Checkout caught us off guard because no details or room rules had been shared or displayed. There were surprise charges and unreasonable clauses, which was extremely disappointing. They should sort this out before losing more guests over minor technicalities.

I was disappointed by the lack of information, signs, and utensils. I especially wouldn't recommend this place to a woman.

The staff were unhelpful and didn't know much, which made for a really disappointing stay. I had to call the owner to sort out minor issues that shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. I wouldn't recommend it.
