Jeremy Kammies is a great host and guesthouse manager. Our family and, really, the whole conference enjoyed the place so much that we plan to return next year for a full week. The meals are fantastic, and the staff are consistently professional and friendly.

I’m in my second week here and have had a wonderful stay. It’s peaceful and quiet, with secure parking, and the location is handy for Florida road if you want to eat out or go club hopping. Everything is within walking distance. I like that they have zero tolerance for alcohol, so drinking isn’t allowed on the premises, which fits the calm atmosphere. I think breakfast is offered as standard. The downside, though not a big deal if you just need somewhere to sleep, is the TV only has sabc1 and ETV. The TVs are old, so they won’t stream or cast from a phone. Bring a USB with movies.

If you’re looking for a home away from home, concord christian guesthouse house is a terrible choice, especially for a stay longer than 2 days. The staff are hostile and not welcoming. You don’t get to choose when to shower because hot water is only available at set times, and even the TV channels are controlled.

The place has a quiet feel, and it almost feels like stepping back in time, though the internet is strong and good. Rooms are simple but very clean. Breakfast is freshly made, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
