The staff kept our room clean and topped up our consumables, and Godfrey cooked breakfast every morning and was a delightful host. The owners also managed to accommodate me and my colleagues at very short notice. We were incredibly happy with the pleasant stay and will keep using the facilities on business trips to Durban!

Godfrey was a star of a host, friendly and welcoming, and he served a delicious breakfast. We had an amazing stay at Faraway Lodge B&B. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the accommodation looks well looked after. There's a desk in the room too, so it's ideal for business trips.

They kindly accommodated our late check-in, and the property was well maintained with a nice pool. Faraway Lodge is fine for a short stay for one person or a couple. The rooms are simple and clean, without extras. We had to ask for more towels, and breakfast was a bit of a letdown. There was one cereal, filter coffee only, and no hot halal or vegetarian choices. I would have liked more variety.

Godfrey made me feel welcome, and I thought the water feature was beautiful. The rooms were clean and it's a great place. One suggestion: covered parking for guests' vehicles would be nice.

It was so relaxing and beautiful, and the kids loved watching the cattle grazing in front of us. Faraway Lodge lives up to its name. Walking into our cabin felt magical, with the fresh air, lovely cabin and beautiful surroundings making it seem like another world. It felt safe enough that we could relax and feel free.
