This might suit a student on a tight budget who can put up with poor conditions as long as things are fairly clean. For anyone else, I'd stay away. The window, air conditioners, and fan were broken. Jackie and her staff never showed up, and even the keys were left hanging in our room. No one had told us beforehand, so we didn't know if we were allowed to set foot on the property. It's close to the beach, but you still have to walk a bit to find one, and even then it was dirty and full of trash. The positive reviews seem fake to me, just saying.

The place was filthy, despite their claim that they have a maid, and almost everything was broken or out of order. Parking was practically nonexistent unless you had a 4x4, and even then it was nearly impossible. Staff kept bothering us, including a guy repeatedly asking to borrow our charger. The whole experience was unprofessional and horrible. I'd give it zero stars if I could, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The view was nice and Netflix was available, but there were problems everywhere else. The window, air conditioners, ventilator, toilet flush, door, and lock were all broken. The room and bathroom were dirty. I never met the host and rarely got a reply on WhatsApp.
