Mamisa from housekeeping deserves a special thank you. She was so kind and friendly, always greeting me with a lovely smile, and her warmth and professionalism made the stay even nicer. Onomo Hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and I had a really good visit. Highly recommended! ❤️

We had a great evening at the restaurant, with a really good vibe, and the secure parking and tight security were reassuring. At check-in, the staff were super friendly. It's a family-friendly budget hotel, and the suites are huge, so they work well for families. I would swap the sleeper couch for twin beds, though, and the lounge area feels like wasted space.

My son had a great time in the pool, enjoyed the room's shower, and loved his beef burger. The staff were friendly and professional, and we had an amazing stay. Our phone didn't work, and the TV glitched now and then, but the experience was still great. We'd definitely visit again. 😀😀

The courtyard looked beautiful under the lights at night, and the breakfast buffet was next level, with fresh fruit and pastries to die for. We stayed for 3 days, and the rooms were beautiful and the food was absolutely great. The waiters were a bit slow bringing the bill after we ordered, though there was a big event on, so all things considered it was a good stay. I'd definitely recommend the hotel. Thanks, Onomo, Durban treated us well.

We really felt at home thanks to the hotel team. Karabo, Lulu, Murphey, the manager and the housekeepers all took good care of us, and the cleanliness was 100%. My daughter and I had a lovely stay and will definitely come back. The breakfast buffet was wonderful too. A microwave and refrigerator in the room would have been helpful, but we still enjoyed our visit. Thank you ❤️👏✔️🙌👌🥰
