Singatha Guesthouse

The booking was made through my work, and I brought my twin daughters along for my birthday. The first night was fine. The next day, after I was told I'd be staying an extra night, a male coworker tried to get into my room at 5 a.m. A staff member helped him first with a spare key, then a spoon. My children woke up and were told to bang on my door. I was awake, frozen in shock. My superior had arranged the extra night in messages with the guesthouse, and did show up after the room incident that morning. At 10 a.m. on the dot, the manager was banging on the door at checkout time. When we went to the car, we were kept there for hours because their payment hadn't shown up or even been properly arranged. I asked for bank details and was told the police were being called. Then the rude manager said I had to wait for security. I hadn't made the booking or the payment arrangements, but they forced me and my two small children to sit in the car in the sun for hours without food or water. They helped someone break into my room at 5 a.m. but hadn't bothered to ask about payment. I got chased and then held prisoner.

We had a great event at Singatha.

We used the venue for a mentoring and coaching course. The space was small, and the projector was bad.

Thanks for having you guys with us for the week. Thanks for every single day.
