Breakfast was generous, the staff were amazing, and the B&B Tate was very competitive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were pleasant. The upstairs room with a king bed was very spacious, with a large bathroom that had both a shower and bath, lots of cupboard space, and a comfortable bed. The venue is quiet and well kept. The air conditioning didn't work, but the weather was fine without it. I would've liked to meet the person I'd been emailing, and a guest toilet downstairs would be helpful. I'd stay again if I'm in the area.

The room made me feel like a millionaire, and the service was amazing. The decor, furniture, and views were all beautiful. What an incredible place. Highly recommend Southey house 😊

We spent 10 days here with our extended family and had a wonderful holiday. The spacious outdoor patio had beautiful views, and the shops were close by for anything we needed. The house was big and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was delicious. It was a perfect family stay.

The garden was lush, green, and well maintained, with a wonderful view over the lawn from the porch. On warmer mornings, breakfast outdoors would probably be lovely. The food and hospitality were tops, and the service staff deserve two thumbs-up. I appreciated their kindness and being able to borrow a charging cable temporarily. I met the owner while she was restocking, and she was such a pleasant person. Wishing her and the staff all the best, and thanks for a comfortable, wonderful stay.
