We could've used more towels, but the place itself was really nice.

The owner was very helpful when we called her, but the staff made us uncomfortable. They weren't welcoming or willing to explain the rules, and it took hours to get a response when we asked for the WiFi password. There was nothing at all in the tea and coffee stations in the room.

I'd avoid this place at all costs. There was no customer service, and the workers or owner were trash. Just pay more to stay somewhere else.

Everything was good until I had to wait 15 minutes at the gate to get out. Then I waited over 20 minutes to get back in, and had to ask the receptionist for help.

Lonwabo feels like a home away from home. The pool and well-kept garden were a lovely bonus, and Dineo and Nosipho were very hospitable.
