The guest house is well located, and the staff were courteous and friendly. My first stay was good and the room was fine, but the second experience wasn’t as great. Next time I’d prefer a better room or the option to switch. The rooms need an upgrade, and a rechargeable lamp would be useful during loadshedding.

The room was clean, the bathroom had hot water, and the helper was very pleasant. Still, we were disappointed: there was no fan, TV, or coffee, and the pool was dirty.

Very affordable, with neat, clean rooms and helpful, friendly staff. We were there on business and it was just right for a quick night’s rest. The garden and pool need some attention, though. Would recommend, thank you.

The place needs a lot of TLC. It may look good outside, but inside it’s a mess. The pool was dirty, there was no Wi-Fi as advertised, and the showers didn’t work properly. There wasn’t proper soap in the bathroom, and the towels were old and losing their colour. When we asked for plates, they had none, and they struggled to find two drinking glasses.

I was really unimpressed compared with what I saw online. The room had no water glasses or coffee cups, and the pillows were dirty. There was no shower gel or soap in the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling needs painting, the fan and wall were dirty, and the headboard needs replacing.
