The staff were attentive, courteous, and quick to help throughout my stay at The Tides Inn. The rooms were clean, well kept, and nicely presented, and the peaceful setting and location added to the comfort. Service felt professional and thoughtful, and the whole visit exceeded what I expected. I’d happily recommend it and look forward to staying there again on my next trip.

There’s a nice restaurant with a terrace just a garden walk away, which is handy after a long day. The place itself is quiet and set back from the road, apart from the lovely sound of the ocean. It’s always a pleasure to stay here when I’m in the area. Everything is very clean, and the people are friendly and helpful. I also met the new manager, Fred, and he fits in really well. A perfect spot if you’re around Durban.

We only stayed one night, on February 28th, but my husband and I felt at ease right away. The views were stunning, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were excellent. They were always around to help or answer our questions. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning to come back for my birthday this year. I highly recommend it.
