I stayed here for months as a student, and the service, spotless facilities, and convenient location made it a memorable experience. Staff at reception, housekeeping, and management were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout. I felt valued and well cared for. The property is close to key attractions and easy to get to, while still feeling peaceful and private. The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with thoughtful amenities, comfortable bedding, and an elegant design that made me feel at home. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would gladly return. Highly recommend it for business or leisure.
2/10
The bathroom in the honeymoon suite had no hand wash, soap, or anything like that, and there wasn’t a kettle. There was only one cup in the room. In the morning, the lady working there was very rude and gave me a dirty cloth to clean the bathtub. The service was ridiculous, and I felt I’d wasted my money. Could have gone somewhere else. Definitely not going back to bella bonnie.
2/10
Our bathroom smelled of sewage, and at R800 with no breakfast, this was overpriced and a waste of money. Some rooms in our group didn’t have showers, including the honeymoon suite. The receptionist gave us a dirty rug to clean the tub in that suite, and two bathrooms had no windows.
2/10
I stayed there once with my family. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and neat, but the customer care let it down. The reception staff were very unfriendly. My experience with the reception personnel was among the worst I’ve had.
6/10
It’s a great place, but they’re overlooking important details. The two bathrooms I saw had broken cisterns, and the conference room air conditioning wasn’t adequate. Those things unfortunately spoil the guests’ experience.
