Belle Done Boutique Hotel Spa

I booked with Belle Done and ended up stranded, after the place refused to work with the payment arrangement our company uses. Our agency recently changed, and because of risk factors the company pays only after I check out. They provide the hotel with the company card details so it can claim the payment. Apparently that wasn't acceptable here. I'm a regular customer, but the way this was handled makes it clear you don't want me back. The owner showed no understanding of hospitality or customer service, and even switched off her phone so her staff couldn't reach her to sort things out. Absolutely disgraceful.

The food and atmosphere were both fantastic, and the whole place felt extremely relaxing. My husband and I have travelled a lot, and this is among the best places we've stayed. The team was highly professional. Keep it up, guys. You make 100% bo something we can be proud of!

I really like how attentive they are to customers and how they make sure you're looked after. The service is absolutely great, and the place is amazing.

I'd give half a star if I could. In front of five people standing at reception, she was rude to me as a client and also to the agent she spoke with on the phone. I've never seen a business owner or manager behave so badly. I'd rather sleep in the street than be treated like that. That lady doesn't deserve support from any paying customer.
