Big5 Guest House made for a lovely stay in Witbank. The food was a real highlight, with every meal delicious, carefully prepared, and memorable in its own right. My room was spacious, beautifully kept, and had everything I needed to relax. It felt like a home away from home. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I'd happily recommend the guest house to anyone visiting Witbank, for work or a holiday. Expect comfort, good service, and a pleasant stay.

Wi-Fi was more than fast enough, and the guesthouse is in a quiet part of Emalahleni. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Thandeka deserves a special mention: she looked after the rooms next to mine and my colleagues' for all three days. Her energy, good vibe, and eye for detail were impressive and infectious. It's an upmarket guesthouse.

You need to make sure there isn't mould in the showers. I also didn't like how guests seemed to be treated differently. When tourists were there, other guests had to go through the kitchen by the sliding door, as if they weren't guests too. Even the kitchen staff wore gloves when tourists were around, which made it seem like the other guests mattered less. Please do better.

The place is nice, the rooms are great, and the staff are great too. Breakfast and dinner were very good and well cooked, though the lunch packs weren't as nice because the choices were limited. Getting out of the entrance onto the main road is quite a challenge in a small car; that could be improved.

The guest house is in a beautiful, central location, and I really enjoyed staying there. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. There's a pool table, table tennis, and a bar in the entertainment area. I had some great breakfasts and dinners. Thanks to every staff member for making the stay so good. Hope to see you all again soon.
