Pablo Guesthouse

The bedding was dirty, and in the middle of the night water leaked onto my bed. The place felt dodgy, and staff had friends hanging around by the gate in the evening, hooting. Don’t book if cleanliness, hygiene and safety matter to you.

Purity gave us wonderful service and really made sure we felt at home and comfortable. The location is ideal, right in the middle of the suburb. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, clean linen and good facilities. Pablo Guesthouse is neat, affordable and comfortable, and they’re making more improvements too.

The staff were friendly, but the bed was unpleasant to sleep on. It made noises whenever I turned over, and I could feel hard wires in it. On the second night they gave me a Streetwise 2 with pap for dinner without asking me first.

After seven hours on the road, the three of us, two adults and a child, arrived hoping to shower, but there were no towels. The towels they brought smelled so bad that we decided not to shower. The doors squeaked all over the guest house, and around 7 in the morning the kitchen staff woke us by chatting, slamming cupboards and joking around. They were so loud I couldn’t hear someone on my phone call. It was noisy and overpriced, and I really wish we’d stayed somewhere else.
