Last Word Franschhoek

In the heart of the Cape Winelands, where mountains cradle the valley and vines stretch to the horizon, you’ll find Last Word Franschhoek—a tranquil retreat in the country’s culinary capital. Our ten beautifully appointed rooms and suites blend classic Cape style with contemporary luxury, offering spacious elegance, fine linens, and serene comfort. Each suite opens onto private patios or balconies that invite you to linger a little longer—morning coffee in hand, fresh air in your lungs, and the village quietly humming beyond. Step outside and you’re just moments away from world- class restaurants, boutique wineries, and charming galleries. Franschhoek is a place made for wandering: cobbled streets lined with cafés and art, laughter spilling from wine trams, the scent of fresh bread and French flair at every turn. Back at the hotel, calm replaces the bustle. Enjoy a glass of wine in the courtyard, take a dip in the pool, or relax with one of our famous breakfasts before planning your next adventure. Whether you’re here for romance, relaxation, or a touch of indulgence, you’ll find it here wrapped in comfort and served with our signature warmth. Here, life is best enjoyed slowly: fine food, lovely people, beautiful places. This is Last Word Franschhoek.
