We enjoyed the safaris and other activities, which were planned very well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Kruger entrance gate. Our room was spacious, though it could have been cleaner. Breakfast and dinner were good, but the lunch we had once didn't impress us. Lunch and dinner have different menus. Cleaning was done around 15:00, which didn't work well when guests leave early for safari and return in the afternoon. The pool was also very dirty and wasn't cleaned during our stay.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay a lot, and the staff were all very friendly. We took two full-day safaris in Kruger Park, and everything was planned perfectly. Donald, our driver, was an amazing guide with lots of knowledge about the animals and the park. We highly recommend staying at the Sefapane for a trip to south Africa.

The rest was good, but there were a few things that bothered me. Braais aren't allowed, the shower doesn't have proper doors and the floor outside it gets wet. The wooden wardrobes are missing doors too.

There's lots of greenery here, and you can dine in the garden or by the pool and enjoy the tasty food. The bar and restaurant are beautiful, the staff are friendly, and there's also a body spa massage.

I went on New Year's Day, 1 January. The menu was limited and the food took a while, probably because they had fewer staff for the holiday. Still, it was delicious and worth waiting for. There's plenty of space and a swimming pool, too. Nice place, I'd recommend it.
