Andy, Hester and the Team keep the meals and service consistently good. I always eat at the guest house, especially for braai night and curry nights, and the dessert is worth mentioning too 😉😊👍🏻 I've been coming back to Royal Game GH for years. It feels like my home away from home, and I have no doubt it's the best in town. Everyone is friendly and professional.

The owners were so helpful, even finding me a house at short notice. I booked on Monday and stayed until Friday, starting 15 Oct 2025. The room was huge and had a bar fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi and DSTV, plus two comfy chairs for watching TV. I also loved the roomy verandah and the huge, crystal clear pool. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I may have to rethink my relationship with my own bed back home. The room was cleaned properly every day, and the luxury bathroom even had a hair dryer, which I'm sure the ladies will appreciate. I really couldn't find fault with the rooms. Breakfast was good, and the eggs came out just how I wanted without a long wait. I ordered dinner on two nights and enjoyed both meals, including the Tuesday braai plate. They even brought the food to my room. I really recommend this guesthouse for all those reasons.

The kids were happy running around and loved the pool, which works for all ages. We also had plenty of room at the braai area and lapa. Our room was big and spacious, and the whole place was clean. We had a wonderful stay, with really good service and very friendly people.
