We had a great few days away with the doggos, staying among the apple trees. It was nice and quiet, with everything you need in one place. The only downside was the way to the dam, which is a bit steep and rocky, with lots of blackjack.

The service from Hennie & Christelí was second to none, with real friendliness, professionalism, and kindness. Royal Gala Cottage has everything and more, and the family farm is beautiful to explore. The breathtaking views exceed our expectations every time. It's only 3km from the idyllic town Franschhoek. I highly recommend it.

It was a great weekend in a cozy place, well equipped with everything you need and more. The one thing missing was a cover for the hot tub, and the braai area needs one too. I know the weather can't be controlled, but some measures could be put in place.

A sweet little place for a night or two, with lovely orchard walks and a very friendly host.

Beautiful area, very clean and tidy. It had everything we needed: a microwave, fridge, braai, and DSTV.
