We came from Cape Town for a long weekend and found that the accommodation we’d booked was horrific. Erica was one of the ladies who tried to help us right away. She was so friendly, and I wish we could have stayed at their beautiful place, but my mother had already booked another guesthouse. Thanks, Erica, for the lovely service. I’ll definitely save up so I can spend some time there.
