We spent 8 nights here and had a great stay. The beds and linens were excellent, and our rooms had amazing ocean views. Everyone was friendly and eager to understand what we needed and try to help. The dinner service was excellent, and don't miss the desserts. The location worked perfectly for us, midway between Mossel Bay and Plettenberg Bay, so we could use the hotel as a base to explore the Garden Route. There’s also a great selection of local restaurants nearby in Wilderness. We really enjoyed our time here.

For my second visit to the Views Spa, I booked the Balance package with Malita as my therapist. The treatment lasted 3 and a half hours, and I felt relaxed and well looked after the whole time. She listened carefully to what I wanted, including the massage pressure and the overall experience. After visiting spas locally and around the world for years, I’d say she’s one of the best therapists I’ve had. The Spa and its facilities are a must, and I highly recommend Malita if you need some extra TLC.

A real Garden Route gem, this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The staff provide top notch service and are incredible. The restaurants serve amazing food, and the spa downstairs is great too. Don't miss it. 10/10, I'd come back!

The restaurant was amazing, with beautiful food and breathtaking views. Christy deserves a special mention for making our meal so special. When we arrived, someone was already there to open the boot and take our suitcases. Check in was superb, followed by a tour of the hotel and an escort to our room, where our luggage was waiting. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything here felt luxurious, and the staff were fantastic. Over Easter weekend, they had set up an Easter egg hunt in our room before we arrived, with handwritten cards full of clues and riddles to find the sweeties. It was the best hotel experience ever.
