It's my preferred place in East London, and I love how quiet it is. The rooms are lovely, with air conditioning, a fridge and a microwave. Breakfast could be better. It's usually very fatty, and they limit the cereal, which is sometimes the only healthy option with the kind of breakfast they serve.

Brand checked me in just after 19:30 when I was running late, and the room was spectacular. It's such a wonderful, quiet spot. Breakfast was delicious, and the ladies serving were helpful and friendly.

The road noise was unbearable, and the listing was misleading. Our deluxe room was across the road, beside the bridge, looking out over the parking and entrance, with no privacy. It was set up for one guest even though we booked for two. We heard nothing from the hosts after contacting them five minutes after check-in. There were no amenities in the room and no common area. At breakfast, the tables were already set, with fruit flies buzzing over the orange juice they'd poured in advance. I asked for very soft eggs, but they came out hard as rubber. There was no coffee machine, not even at breakfast. Coffee came from a flask and wasn't fresh.

The room was neat, tidy and very comfortable, and the staff, breakfast and everything else were perfect. Even though the guesthouse is right by a main road, it was wonderfully quiet. What a pleasure to stay here.

I spent 3 nights here and couldn't fault anything. The rooms were clean and modern, with a proper coffee machine and capsules refilled daily. Excellent accommodation for business travellers, with an excellent breakfast!
