I heard about this from friends, and what happened was bad enough that I want to warn others. They booked a stay here yesterday and were treated with hostility and terrible service. They were put out after 2am and weren't even allowed to charge their phones so they could find somewhere else to stay and request Ubers. The next morning, when they came back to collect their bags from another friend who hadn't been kicked out, the person managing the place stood at the room door and told them they couldn't use anything there, setting off the argument again. This all happened because they had left at 20:06 the night before, even though visiting hours run until 20:00. If staying somewhere that feels like a high school boarding facility sounds good to you, go for it.

The rooms are beautiful and tidy, but the receptionist was so rude that the whole experience was awful.

Yhooo, the receptionist was really rude to us and discriminated against people. He shouldn't be working there, shame. He even insulted us, calling us "u people," and accused us of leaving the gate open when it wasn't us, it was some other guys.
