Safi Self-Catering Suites

My family loved the unit, and the service when we arrived was excellent. But a disturbance at 4 am, along with the security concerns it raised, left us very disappointed. We had driven for 10 hours the previous day and needed to continue our journey later that morning, so losing that rest was a major irritation. If it hadn’t happened, I would have given a very different rating. People at another unit kept ringing its doorbell and talking loudly to each other. It went on long enough to wake all of us. I called the establishment’s cell number and asked the person who answered to stop the noise. Peace returned a few minutes later, but I was left wondering where the security was, and how safe we and my children were. In the current climate of crime in South Africa, I find that unacceptable.

The rooms looked just like the website photos, and we had an enjoyable 10-day stay in East London. The place felt luxurious, the customer service was top-notch, and I felt there was nothing to worry about security-wise. I’d recommend it to couples, families, or solo travellers. Thanks for having us. I’m looking forward to coming back.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get to the amenities. The accommodation was luxurious, tidy, and comfortable, with a safe and secure feel. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Next time, we’ll stay longer.

I really enjoyed the hosts’ hospitality. They were easy to reach whenever we needed anything. The luxurious apartment is close to the mall, the beach, and basically all amenities, making it a great spot for a vacation with family, friends, or loved ones.
