The road up through the open mountain area is rough, but the place itself is lovely. The room felt soft and warm, and the people were kind and generous. There’s a self-service bar and a TV in the living area. There isn’t a TV in the room, but it’s nice to come out and socialise a bit.

I really didn’t want to leave. The personal attention made me feel like I belonged there, and they welcomed us like old friends. It’s rural and rustic, with no town noise, just birds, wildlife, gardens, and chickens. This hidden gem deserves to be treasured.

We chose the dine-in option, and the food was wholesome, healthy, and tasty. Nadia and Jacques made us feel so welcome during a wonderful weekend getaway. We’ll definitely visit again. If you’re after a peaceful escape, this is the place.

The farm is beautiful, peaceful, and clean, and our room had everything we needed. Jacques and Nadia made us feel right at home, and we had a hearty homemade meal that I’m still thinking about. It felt like a hidden paradise, especially for such a reasonable price. I’m only sorry we didn’t stay longer. We’ll definitely return.

We loved our stay at Santa Paloma. Seeing the zebras, horses, cows, dogs, and cats was a treat, and dinner was amazing. Our hosts were welcoming and very accommodating. I’d highly recommend it for families.
