The Edge Boutique Bed and Breakfast

Shirley greeted us like sunshine and gave us a full tour, even though we arrived late from a work trip. She explained where everything was and how to find it in such detail, and showed us the beautiful wine cellar. The rooms are kept clean, as you'd expect, and the white things are crisp white, not cream, which I love. I'm very particular, and I thought it was excellent. I'll be back!

This was our second visit, and we still think it's the best B and B we've ever stayed in. The setting is magnificent, and the attention to detail is just right. Shirley is an absolute gem, and the rest of the staff are fantastic. It feels like home away from home. We'll be back.

We felt right at home thanks to the friendly host and staff. The rooms are cozy, and the view is amazing. You wouldn't think you were in the city. We'll definitely return if we're in East London again.

The views are stunning, the interior and wine cellar are lovely, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was great too. One issue: if there are non-smoking rooms, the whole place should be smoke-free. You shouldn't be able to smell smoke anywhere.
