Aquadel Accomodation

We left Aquadel feeling deeply disappointed and unwelcome. We paid for what was meant to be a larger room but were first given a smaller one. After some back-and-forth, that was fixed, though the host was defensive and unprofessional. Breakfast was another issue: it was advertised as included, and we had confirmation plus a revised invoice, but the host said it wasn't in our booking. Trying to sort it out was met with hostility. The breakfast, when it was provided, was subpar, and cleaning was inadequate. We also felt the house rules were unreasonable and at odds with the basic amenities you'd expect. There was no bath plug, so we called the host, who responded rudely and accused us of things. The checkout was rushed and disrespectful, and we forgot items as we left. We booked through Booking.com and, as experienced travellers used to five-star accommodations, found the management appallingly unprofessional. The stay was frustrating and left a sour taste during what should have been a relaxing holiday. Avoid Aquadel in Bluewater Bay, booked via Booking.com, at all costs. Our recent stay there was deeply disappointing, despite efforts to clarify things and make the visit comfortable.
