Weston took care of everything from booking through a warm check-in, and my requirements were met just as we'd discussed beforehand. First Avenue really puts you first. The hot water was always there, so no cold baths or showers. No Netflix, sadly, but the wifi kept me occupied. Breakfast was nice, though I'd have liked more options. The location is super convenient, three minutes on foot to the beach and five to the Broardwalk Mall. I was satisfied with my stay and wouldn't regret booking with First Avenue GH. Alsooo, please give Weston a hefty December Bonus!

We had the large family room with four bedrooms, a kitchen and three bathrooms, for seven of us. The staff were great, and the kids liked the nice pool. Breakfast could have been a little more generous.

I've stayed here for a week at a time over the past six months, and it's the only place I choose when travelling or on holiday. The staff are always friendly and willing to accommodate what you need. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and both the sea and the mall are within walking distance.

The staff are efficient and friendly, and Weston is especially helpful, always ready with a smile. The rooms are superb, while the location makes it easy to get to the Boardwalk, beaches and restaurants. Staying at 1st Avenue Guest House is always a pleasure. I couldn't recommend them more, the best guesthouse in PE!

It's so quiet at this guesthouse on first avenue street that you can hear birds in the morning and waves crashing. The beach is just a stone away. The place is very clean, the staff are amazing, and the service is out of this world. It really feels like a home away from home!
