AVOID THIS PLACE. We only learned by chance, after calling the night before, that our accommodation had been moved to a completely different premises without our knowledge or consent. If we hadn’t called, we would have arrived at the wrong place. They don’t answer the phone, and even after we finally agreed to cancel, they kept the charge and didn’t return or refund our money. They stole our money.

The owner was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. It’s a friendly guest house with a nice atmosphere and excellent service. My room was immaculate and well looked after. I had a great stay, and I’ll definitely come back. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We only stayed because we’d already paid and had no other choice. There was little hospitality: during our week at the guest house, the host never came to meet us, despite the booking being made four months ahead, and we never saw her. Pinkie, the helper, showed us around but didn’t know we were arriving. Our air conditioning didn’t work, and the very dirty pool was cleaned only the day after we complained. The pool table was far too old.

The photos on the website didn’t match the experience at the actual facility. We spent 30 to 45 minutes outside in the driveway, and the lady of the house couldn’t help us. Nobody answered the provided cell or landline numbers, either before our arrival or when we reached the venue. Eventually the Manager / Owner came back, but was as rude as hell. Would not recommend.

The rooms are roomy and clean, and the owners and helpers are friendly and very helpful. Service was fantastic. It’s in a safe area, close to PE entertainment, and I’ll definitely book again.
