We’re so happy with our stay. Both the hotel and spa went beyond what we expected, and the spa is a must. Thanks to the team. We’ll definitely come back!

The location was good and the staff were very friendly, but our room was in bad shape. There was black mold across the bathroom ceiling, the bedroom light kept sparking every two seconds, and our sheets were stained. We also found hairs and a bug in the bed. Before 6am, noise from the kitchen woke us up, and there was no way anyone downstairs could sleep through it. They offered another room, but my wife and I chose to move to a different hotel. At least they refunded us.

The staff were kind and did their best, but we won’t be returning. We booked this boutique place for our anniversary, and the room we received wasn’t the extra-large family room shown in the photos. We were then told we’d been given the wrong room. The lights flickered whenever we used the remote, and during our four-day stay the sheets weren’t changed, though the bed was made and tidied daily. The toilet had been cleaned, but not thoroughly, and still smelled of urine. Breakfast was average and very limited; they did refund us for an update to the menu. The place just didn’t look like the pictures. I’d rather pay a little more for a hotel that suits us better.

Friendly, helpful staff made us feel welcome, and the service was good. The location is convenient, close to all the amenities. I’d happily return anytime.
