Bluewater Reservations

Nothing was as expected. The place was dirty and poorly maintained. It felt like moving into fort Knox, and having to carry everything you've used outside all the time isn't practical when you're trying to relax and enjoy the holiday season.

I won't be back, sorry for the bad review, but that was my experience. I asked for a luxury room and got a regular one on arrival because they have more than one business and there'd been a misunderstanding. The aircon was very loud, the shower head leaked, and the fridge was frozen too solid to use. The tv switched off if you touched the plug. There was no phone charging point by the bed, and I only found out in the morning that I had to move the bed to reach a plug. The bedside lamps didn't work because they weren't turned on behind the bed. I ran into two other guests and asked for another room, which cost double, but that was another misunderstanding: they thought I wanted two rooms.

Helpful staff and good value. A great place to stop if you need to be near Aldo Scribante track.

I stayed for four nights and the aircon never worked. The breakfast was plain and mostly the same each morning, and the room hadn't been cleaned properly. There was a cockroach in my room, and the bar fridge froze everything. On the last morning there was no hot water for a shower. I'll never stay there again.
