I wouldn’t go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends, family, or anyone else. We stayed from 26/12/2129/12/21, and the facilities didn’t feel up to a 4 star rating. The rooms were so tiny there should’ve been a “1 at a time please” sign on the door. The bathroom taps were broken, and the main entrance and exit door wasn’t secure. The proprietors need to up their game. I’d give it less than 1 star if I could.

The website pictures gave me a much better impression than the actual stay. It felt a bit creepy, with no staff around and one person at reception who took ages to open the door. There was no secure parking. The shower walls were filthy, its door was almost off the hinge, and the kettle was dirty inside. The floors and balcony were dirty too, with cigarette butts all over the balcony. The linen didn’t fit the bed.

Our directors stayed at this guesthouse in February 2023, weren’t happy, and chose to find other accommodation. They were charged for one night after cancelling, but the other night they’d already paid for was never refunded. Getting the money back has been a nightmare. It’s the 8th of November today, and there’s still been no reply despite numerous emails.

I won’t give Micasa even one star. The food is bad and the service is poor. I wanted a quick shower, but there was no water in the shower, even though the sink had water. It seemed they’d switched off the showers only, which felt so unfair. My fiance had been there for a week, and when I came for one night he had to pay extra for me.
