We were a group of 10 at Forest Hall in November 2025 and absolutely loved the peaceful, beautiful property. The rooms were spacious and really comfortable, and breakfast was genuinely excellent. David, the owner, deserves a special mention. Our luggage was stuck in Johannesburg, and he was unbelievably helpful in organizing things and working out how to retrieve it. Zoë was incredibly friendly and welcoming too. You can tell they care about their guests and take pride in the place. I recommend the Forest Hall without hesitation.

Cyril, the very friendly cat, is a great host too! I've been to Forest Hall a few times over the last two years, and every stay has been excellent. The rooms are large and spacious, and the staff are consistently helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend it.

A peaceful, quiet location that works well for business travel. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is done with very little intrusion. Breakfast is served, and the food is okay.

The rooms are cosy and nice, and breakfast has a good variety, with fruit, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, toast, butter, jam and cheese. The people are wonderfully welcoming. 1000% recommend.

We always enjoy staying at Forest Hall and have recommended it to friends, who’ve had great stays too. The garden feels like a park, it’s safe, and there’s plenty of parking. Rooms are lovely, clean and convenient, with bathrooms, a pool and excellent WiFi. Great breakfast, and a fantastic team.
