We arrived needing somewhere to stay at 10pm, and were met with a really warm welcome. The river view was lovely and peaceful, away from the city bustle, and the gated parking felt secure. We’ll definitely come back.

We had the whole house to ourselves and it was such a peaceful stay. The setting by the river is beautiful, and the staff were lovely and ready to help. Wi-Fi was weak and there’s no cellphone reception, so it’s a good fit if you want to unplug.

The garden and the atmosphere were a real highlight, especially the vegetable and herb patch. One evening we all shared a meal as a bug group, which made the stay feel like a proper experience. The room itself was just okay, and it’s not right in the middle of everything, but being by a river like that made the location work for me. I’d love to go back.
