de Wingerd B & B

Breakfast was a real treat, and the elegant, cozy decor made the place feel welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean, with hygiene and comfort clearly given a lot of care. From arrival, the hospitality made us feel at home. A peaceful and comfortable stay, and we'd gladly recommend it.

We had such a lovely time staying here with my wife. Everyone was warm and welcoming, from the groundskeeper and writer to the owner. The staff were really friendly too. Highly recommend.

The gardens are beautifully kept, and the host's after-hours welcome was excellent. The outside lighting makes it easy to see and feel safe at night, though it also makes the room less dark inside. An extra layer of curtains could fix that. We'll definitely be back.

Everything in the rooms felt thoughtfully provided, from the plugs and mosquito repellent to the soft lighting, electric blankets, and air conditioning. The staff were kind, and our very helpful, friendly hostess Jessica recommended Hello You restaurant, just a two-minute walk away. It's a beautifully restored old farm home in central Graaf Reinet, with high ceilings, wooden floors, original doors and arches, and polished rooms. We had a very comfortable stay.
