Friendly, helpful staff and a nice, clean, quiet place. The room I booked was hot, though, and had no fan or air conditioning. Management also needs to look after the pool.

Breakfast was great, and the staff were amazing. I had a lovely time at Oak lodge. They're flexible and helpful, and I'll be back.

We came to Oak lodge with our kids for a swim because the pool at the sister hotel where we were staying was under maintenance. A very friendly lady greeted us at the door and helped us. The place looked clean and well run, with donkeys wandering outside the front door. It was heartwarming to see such kind hospitality.

A clean bed and a hot shower, so it did what I needed.

The atmosphere is great, and breakfast was good. It's simple, easy, and welcoming. The wooden floors creak as guests walk around, though, and the noise can be irritating and uncomfortable at night.
