D & H Guesthouse

The noise made it impossible to get a decent rest. Gusto's Inn is beside a very rural area with loud music and a noisy neighborhood, and the reception was no better: after several calls, nobody from the staff, management, or ownership came to let us in. A neighbor who knew the owner eventually opened up, while the security guard showed up much later. The place itself was filthy, from the tables, beds, bedding, floors, and cups to the braai and grill area. There wasn't any cutlery, and the room lights didn't work. The reception felt unwelcoming, and the lack of professionalism showed throughout. Being cheap doesn't make up for the dirty conditions and missing basics. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
