Cocomo Guesthouse, Spa and Conference Centre

Some of the staff did their best to help, especially Buhle from the kitchen, who tried to resolve things within her capacity. But checking in was a horrible experience: there had been a double booking, the place was full, and I was asked to move elsewhere. The admin manager, Jeanette, was extremely unprofessional. She showed no urgency and even started ignoring our calls when we tried to get a solution.

There was no water or electricity in the morning, so I had to check out without bathing and with dead phones. The night before, the electricity kept cutting in and out, which meant I couldn’t charge my devices or use the air con. The manager apologised and promised me a refund back in September. Three months later, they’re avoiding my calls and emails, and I still haven’t received it. Highly unrecommended. They have zero problem-solving skills.

I was very disappointed by how dirty the room was when we checked in. The bathroom walls, under the bed and shower were filthy, and the amount of dirt was disgusting. Even after someone came to clean around 9pm, we couldn’t sleep peacefully. We were then told the stains were permanent. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Club Cocomo management, you don’t respect people.

I really enjoyed staying at club cocomo. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, the romantic decor was lovely, and dessert was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping me make unforgettable memories.
