The food at the restaurant was good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I had the mixed grill, pictured with the egg, and my partner had the 400g pork ribs with chips. If you have allergies, be aware that cats roam around the restaurant, though they don’t bother anyone. I went to Seasons for the Sky Bar and made a reservation, but when we arrived we were told it had been booked for a private function. That was a huge disappointment and showed poor communication. If a confirmed booking is displaced by a private event, people should be told so they can make other plans. We’d made the effort to drive there and then had to use the restaurant instead. I found the lack of communication deceitful. I understand the business wants to make money from private functions, but it should communicate better so it doesn’t lose individual patrons too. My advice to others is not to bother reserving the Sky Bar, and my advice to the restaurant is to communicate better.

We lost signal from Friday when we arrived until Saturday evening, and the Wi-Fi was down too. Reliable connectivity would have made the stay better. Apart from that, everything was great. The place is stunning, clean, peaceful, and well maintained, with a lovely restaurant and friendly, welcoming staff. We spent a beautiful weekend here with friends and would recommend it, especially if you’re looking to disconnect and enjoy some quiet.

I was nervous about attending a conference at Seasons after reading the reviews, but I’m so glad we went. The food was amazing and arrived on time, and the facilities were excellent. We moved to the SKY BAR, where the big windows brought in a refreshing breeze and made for a pleasant atmosphere. I loved the swings, and the table layouts were practical and comfortable. Madi and the team helped us throughout, with attentive service that never felt intrusive. Jennifer was wonderful and patient with the reservation coordination. Thanks so much, everyone.

The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, and the animals were beautiful and tame. Everyone was friendly and kind, and the staff helped us with everything, even lending us a charger. We’re so grateful to Seasons. It’s a beautiful, clean place and great value for money. Special thanks to the amazing staff and our friends Lloyd, Mr Johan, Mavis and Tsego. There wasn’t a dull moment during our short trip to Seasons. My team and I tried to fit in every activity we could, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything easy and accommodate us. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and hospitable. Special shoutout to the Chef. We’re already planning another visit.
