Hazyview Adventure Backpackers

I stayed in one of the comfortable, well-equipped glamping tents, though there are several kinds of accommodation to choose from. The owners were kind and very welcoming. They even offered me a lift when I arrived and when I was leaving. They can also arrange safari tours to Kruger and trips along the Panorama Route. It felt caring and comfortable, and I’d happily recommend it.

We came as a group of more than ten, including ten kids aged from 2 to 16, and Hazyview backpackers was really welcoming for them. It was our family’s first time at a backpackers, so it was outside our comfort zone, but the staff made it a great stay. The rooms had good measures to keep insects out, and the fans helped with the heat. Communal toilets and showers were always clean. Francois was a wonderful host, while Bheki and Sabrina looked after the cleaning so well. We’ll definitely stay again. Thank you.

Even arriving very late, we got such a warm welcome from Trillion. The people here are friendly, and the place looks just like the pictures, maybe even better since the photos don’t quite capture it. We had a brilliant time and would recommend it to a friend. We’ll be back!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and for the price it’s a nice place. Still, we left disappointed. Two of the four toilets were working, and the bathrooms need maintenance. The shower panels don’t close properly, so people outside can see in. The rooms also get extremely hot, and the little fans don’t cool them down. It didn’t look like the photos.
